As a practicing family physician, resilience researcher, and international consultant and keynote speaker, she helps leaders, teams and individuals turn stress into strength and change into opportunity.

 

Her work bridges the gap between science and strategy, bringing medical credibility, real-world insight, and humor to every conversation about leadership, strength, and performance.

The Woman Who Puts Stress in Perspective

Dr. G’s career is anything but traditional. Before medicine, she spent years as a performer and writer with Chicago’s Second City Improv Theatre — learning firsthand the power of adaptability and communication.
 
That creativity and curiosity led her to medical school, where she discovered an even deeper passion: understanding the neuroscience of how people respond to change.
 
Today, she brings that dual perspective — part clinician, part communicator — to audiences around the world.

Her programs help companies retain staff, reduce burnout, and lead change more effectively. She also equips educators and youth organizations to teach resilience as a learnable skill.
