FAQ
Dr. G utilizes her 25 years of clinical experience as a physician to help leaders and professionals. She delivers the skills and knowledge needed to leverage neuroscience to stop fearing stress and start navigating it for success.
She’s a medical doctor and she plays one on TV…
Dr. G is a board certified Family Physician. This is the doctor you go to for your own physical exam, back pain, high blood pressure, etc, but also the doc you bring your kids to for their well child checks, asthma, ADD, or because you can’t tell if something is actually wrong or they’re just “going through a phase!”
Dr. G has never done the same keynote twice. Your team needs to have their stresses addressed directly and strategies to solve the real world problems faced by your group. Every speaking event is preceded by in-depth interviews with your decision makers to determine the best topics, exercises and tools to serve you.
Dr. G addresses many topics, but at the heart of each is how to handle change and build resilience.

Thanks for asking! Yes, AND consulting is the magic needed to get your teams from stressed to resilient. Shifting perspective about stress, strengthening tools to handle stress and strategizing how to succeed need direct guidance and follow through to achieve maximum results!
There are lots of great speakers. Dr. G is a physician, thought leader and expert who will find the root of the struggles your team faces and deliver strategies that will actually make the team stronger and more successful.
While she can talk about any of these topics for about 4 hours without needing to take a breath, that’s a terrible idea for the audience. So her keynotes run 30 – 75 minutes depending on:
-
If you want to help your people build their own resilience or teach them to make the people around them navigate change better and faster. Or both.
-
How funny you want them – Dr. G is an expert improv performer and if your people love to laugh, it could take a while!
If you want to get your audience trying out the strategies they’re learning, you’re going to want 3-4 hours for a keynote with workshops or Resilience Olympics.
-
Oh wow, does she. Whether you serve youth with adult staff or hire young adults to help you serve kids, Dr. G has decades of experience strengthening youth-facing staff to build resilience in themselves and the children and teens they interact with every day.
For sure. Reach out.
Do stress better means stop avoiding stress and figure out how to:
