End of summer means groans. From kids as they have to get up early and give up so much play and free time; from adults as they have to face homework, schedules and making lunches! The new school year brings quests for new independence from kids and new responsibilities from teachers, as well as the real possibility of emotional upheaval about friend issues. In this workshop, parents will identify opportunities for preparation and tools to lessen the impact of these changes on the family. Going back to school can be fun as well as exciting, and Dr. G helps parents make that happen.
