Starting a New School

Starting a New School

When #BacktoSchool means a new school…

…kids can struggle and parents can suffer.

Angst, sadness, worry, guilt, fear…

…and that’s just the parents! Don’t let your emotions cloud your ability to help your kids thrive.

Change happens.

There is no reason to fear a new school – this happens to all kids a few times. But many kids – like most adults – don’t love change. So take this opportunity to sharpen those doing-new-things skills. When students get this kind of support from the adults in their lives, they will learn not only how to thrive in their new setting, but how to navigate other changes that occur in the future.
