Stop The Nagging Today! Tips to Create A New Habit

Do your days seem like an endless cycle of nagging your kids to do what you want them to do? Some days as a parent, you may feel a bit like Bill Murray in the movie Groundhog Day. The same day, same situation, same wrong behavior over and over and over.

It’s time to break the cycle! Did you know that it takes 3-6 months to truly make a new habit? If you don’t stick with reminding your kids what TO DO and not what you don’t want them to do, you will keep the same habits in place.

It is possible to get your kids to do what you want without nagging. I’ll show you how in this segment for Pittsburgh Today Live. Get my tips on how to specific situations and changing behaviors that drive you crazy.

The important thing is to figure out the habit you want to replace and work towards creating a new habit – one you want your kids to have!
