What does resilience mean to you right now?

Recently I’ve heard resilience referred to as the most overused word at work. And of all people, who am I to argue? I mean, I sure use it a lot. But the fatigue for most people isn’t really with the word resilience, it’s really the fatigue they feel because they need to find resilience so often.
Resilience isn’t a feeling or a command or a character trait or a one-size-fits-all solution, though it’s often used as an avatar for all of those things.
Resilience is a set of strategies.
Resilience can be how you approach the change that is causing you the most friction, taking up the most time or real estate in your mind. And because it’s all of that, it looks different depending on the person and the situation. So, to combat the fatigue and move towards purpose (and actual joy), I have a question:
What does resilience look like for you right now?
What is the change, the stressor, that has the top spot in your brain? And how are you approaching it? What strategies are you trying and do you need some new ones? Hit reply and tell me, I’ll answer.
All my best,
Dr. G
