Parents who make the decision to work from home often have very high expectations of their own ability to parent while working. Dr. G encourages parents to set boundaries that protect family time and allow work productivity and satisfaction. She will address the common problems of working from home, from talking on the phone for business while preparing lunch, to focusing on play time despite pressing business concerns, as well as responding to the attendees specific questions. Participants will gather the tools they need to lift the guilt out of juggling responsibilities.
